LONDON, July 2

During a gorgeous ceremony at the reading of the Peaeo Proclamations the horse of the Sergeant-at-Arms bolted at Temple Bar and threw its rider on to the mu/dy street, and the mace rolled into the gutter. A herald and a trumpeter were also unhorsed.
