LABOUR POLICY.
SYDNEY, March. 10. The resolutions at the forthcoming Labour Conference will include a proposal for a thirty-eight hours' working week in all Governmental and secondary industries, and thirty hours for miners. It is proposed to make voting compulsory and reduce the voting age to eighteen years.
