There has been a tendency since the wet. spells started and the restrictions were remo% red .to an increase in the number of.'wises,, but not to any very appreciable extent.
The majority of the cases are not of he serious type.
In Victoria -.there .were five deaths yesterday, making a total of 468, with 1055 patients in hospital.
There has lately been a steady decrease, in the number of cases.
