GERMAN-POLISH DISPUTE.
A BRIGHTER OUTLOOK
■ (Received March 10, 10 a.m.) PARIS, March 8. Advices from Posen state that the Inter-Allied Commission crossed the German frontier and met the German delegates at 'Kreuz. The Germans appeared very conciliatory and declared that they were just as anxious to stop fighting as the Poles. They alleged that the frontier lighting was due to the acts of a few insubordinate individuals.
The delegates proceeded to Posen to continue "the conference." It is hoped that a speedy and satisfactory conclusion will be reached.
