SENSATIONAL .EVIDENCE. (Received January 4, 2.10 p.m.) LONDON, January 2. Evidence of a , supposed plot at Wicklow and Wexford was given at Dublin at the court-martial of John Gallagher, hotel book-keeper, at Ba'ltinglass, who was charged with possessing' documents containing information useful 1 to the enemy., '.' , The prosecution quoted a document detailing the procedure whereby on receipt of orders to strike, a battalion headquarters should" be .established at Baltinglass, which was in touch with brigade headquarters, and the police barracks, .railway, and post office should bo sei'zedj vdhintjeors, ...seizing.',: similar S laces at Wicklow and Wexford 1. The ocument included orders for the destruction of the Great Southern and Western Main Road, the digging of trenches every .half mile,- the' destruction of bridges, rolling stock, flax and corn, and the 1 erection of'barricades. GaJlagher refused to ♦ recognise the Court's Jurisdiction.
