Thp "Morning Post" says that everyone is satisfied that the preliminary Imperial War Cabinet has reached a complete. and comprehensive agreement on the principles of alii peace questions, and Has fjucceeded in sufliciently cl-efining jthe broad outlines of the British, case to enable the Premier ,'and Mr .Balfour frankly to submit to Mr -^Yxlsoini the British* Empire's 'ideas on.;.ihe peace .sefctlenwiit.'
