"LIBRE BELCIQUE."
(Received Doc. 30, 1.15 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. ;28
The "Daily Express" states that the secret journal "Libre Belgique,"' published in Brussels' throughout the war, was the work of two brothers, named Jourdain. Both died on the. eve of the armistice. . . Several men and women were shot or imprisoned for helping .to publish the. paper, which was printed on various presses which the Germans were unable to locate.
The Jourdiuns employed two orderlies attached to Bissing's and Falkenhausen's Staff, to put copies of the paper on the Governor's desk, or in his pockets.
