WASHINGTON'S PICTURE.

LONDON, Dec. 29. ' At Mr. Lloyd George's luncheon in liouour of President Wilson, Lord Albemarle unveiled a lifesize portrait of George Washington as a boy. The picture has a remarkable history, being taken to Holland in 1778 aboard the American ship Marjory, which the British sloop Fairy captured. Captain Keppol, who was Albemarle's ancestor, took possession of •the picture. It lias now been presented to the Government.
