LEGAL ACTION COMMENCED.

Legal action against the Kaiser has been commenced. The charge of the organisation of Lille mothers alleges that German commanders, in . April, 1916, directed that girls who were minors should be removed from their families, and forced into contact with notorious women. There is also a charge of abduction by officers under the command of the Kaiser.
