HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE.
A dance on a glass-topped table is performed by EniiJy Stevens, the star in "Alias Mrs Jessop," a Metro wonderplay, to be screened at His Majesty's Theatre tonight. It is stated that in this picture Miss Stevens plays a dual role, ono a proper and demure girl and tho other wilful and uncontrolled. It is as Lillian Ford, the frivolous girl, that- the star dances. While her husband is away, Lillian takes advantage of the opportunity to give a magniiioent dinner party, inviting all her gaiety-loving friends. She makes elaborate preparations, engaging a largo orchestra and cabaret artists to entertain her guests. The wine flown lVaely at the dinner, and Lillian becomes excited with what sinconsiders her suet-ess,as a hostess. Aitor the performance of a girl dancer, while all the guests are eagerly applauding, Lillian jumps up on the top of the glass-topped table. Gathering her lacy draperies about her feet, she imitates the motion of the dancer who has preceded her. A dramatic scene takes place at a critical moment, when Sir Anthony Jessop returns unexpectedly.
