ENEMY ECONOMISING.
PARIS, April 6. A semi-official message says: -'-The majority of the fresh German divisions appear not to lie drawn from reserves but from troops from other sectors, indicating that the German General Staff is now economising men. The French and British aviation services have definitely obtained a mastery of tho air in the Somim? battlefields.
