WARNING TO GERMANY.

Russia has officially warned G-ermany that any approach to the warships at Jbielsingrors must result in many innocent victims, and serious consequences to both sides. Russia expresses the hope that the German sea command will immediately issue instructions conformable to the peace treaty, and open negotiations to remove misuuderstamling and to prevent conflicts with the Russian Baltic fleet." j.iiy warning follows an announcement that a German squadron, including Dreadnoughts, arrived at Hango. and- fired on the Russian warships, blowing up three, with their entire crews.
Finnish Red Guards are opposing the Gorman landing force, which is in overwhelming strength,-and are marching towards llolsingfors.
