IRELAND DISTURBED.
(Received April 8, 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, April 7. , : The report that Cabinet proposes to apply conscription to- Ireland has caused a sensation.
The "Irish Times" (Unionist) says it is generally felt; the scheme cannot receive the support of honest politicians, who must, realise that a peaceful state of Ireland is necessary to prepare the way for the acceptance of the Convention's decision.
