Mrs Alice Whoeldon,. who, with her daughter and the Tatter's husband was found guilty and sentenced last March to ten years' imprisonment on the charge of conspiracy to poison Premier Lloyd George, has been released from prison at the Premier's request. Mrs Wheeldon is near death through a " hunger .strike."
They have :i way of putting_ things on the other side oi' the Atlantic, says the " Westminster Gazette," that is .sometimes inelegant, but always very much to the point. A maxim that is popular just now in America runs: " Don't .stud' your husband—husband your stuff!" The. .suggestion is above approach, and it may be useful to the next " publicity agent " who is mobilised fur .service in Lhe food economy campaign.
