PUBLIC NOTICES. PUBLIC NOTICE 1,. \ A S the representative of the Asliburton County on the Board of the Canterbury Frozen Meat Company, it is my duty to urge farmers to support the Fairfield Factory a*s far as possible. Arrangements can be made, for those farmers who accept tho Government price for meat in the factory, to receive cash for carcaso, skin, and fat within twenty-eight days.\ To those farmers who prefer to sell on tho farm to exporters, ] urge them to stipulate that the sheep or lambs are to be killed at Fairfield. - A lo,rge farmer on the Hinds received 27s per head for his first, draft of fat lambe this season sold to an exporter, to be killed at Fairfield. What this farmer always does numbers/more can do without losing, but gaining.
