MR MASSEY AND SIR J. WARD. TO REPRESENT N.Z. PARLIAMENT TO MEET ON APRIL 9. (Por Press Association). j . WELLINGTON, Feb. 4. \ Mr Massey has announced that New Zealand will be represented at the meeting of tho War Cabinet by Sir Joseph Ward and himself, subject to Parliament's approval. A short session of Parliament will be held prior to their departure, probably opening on April 9, to make the necessary arrangements to enable the representatives to go to Britain. The conference is to v be held in June, so that the Dominion's representatives should leave before tho end of April.
