AUCKLAND, October 23. In tho Magistrate's Cfurt to-day, Mrs Margaret Richards was sentenced to 28 days', imprisonment without hard labour for telling fortunes. The Magistrate refused to delay the warrant, as requested by counsel in order to allo\jp of an appeal being lodged. ~
