FRICTION BETWEEN AUSTRIA AND GERMANY.

LONDON, Oct. 20

The "Daily Chronicle's" Amsterdam correspondent says that he has learned horn a reliable source that there' is serious friction' between Austria and Germany. Germany sent 100,0.00 troops to Austria, .and the latter was required to find food for them. Austria resisted the demand, -pointing out Austria's food shortage. Germany has stopped all Austrian mails for Holland since early in October. The dispute remains unsettled.
