SOCIALISTS CAUSING DISAFFECTION.

ROME, Oct. 19

Socialist Deputies in the Chamber called Signor Bissolati, the War Minister, a renegade, and accused him of interfering with General Cadorna's plans by offering to send 500,000 men to France while the enemy was threatening Italy.

. Signor Bissolati declared that the Socialists -were causing disaffection,

and declared that if the country were endangered he would not hesitate to order all internal enemies to be shot. Uproar followed this statement.
