LONDON,;January 22. The "Daily Telegraph! 18" Rotterdam correspondent states thkt the German Press is in a state of hysterical jublicatibn over the Raider's successes.
It is stated that the]' Yarrowdate'a commander was formerly a leading seaman named Badewitsj. ! He. was promoted to lieutenant fben he was aboard the Moewe. He; took the British steamer Westbury to Teneriffc,' and landed prisoners which had ,beeJi takqn from the Moewe's other victims, and then sank the Westbury 1. Badewit/, was interned in Spain, but escaped to Germany. '
