'Wo repulsed five.strong enemy attacks on heights southward of the Ch'ebonica River. We repelled three attacks northward of tho Ojtuz River. - . Three divisions, supported by dU batteries, attacked and pressed us back southward of the mouth of the' Buzeu (near Braila). The enemy launched fierce .attacks on Vokoroni, eastward of Braila. Thfere was a stubborn battle all day, with great enomy losses. The enemy in the evening compelled as to'withdraw to the other bank of the Danube. We attacked and occupied a position south-east of Kalntzin, south-west of Riga, ( The enemy compelled us to withidraw two >ersts southwards of Kotumba. We occupied heights southward ot the OjfcuK River. . v f Superior enemy forces pressed back Itoumanians at sevoral points.
