The Stock Exchange has been instructed not to destroy records, of transactions in December, owing to allegations that information was known by brokers two days previous to the issue of Wilson's peace Note.
The "Times" says that an inquiry into tho leakage resulted.in the soiling of .respected names on tho idlest barber
