UNITED IN LOVE-AND LOYALTY. LONDON, May 30. Sir Oliver Lodge, speaking at Birmingham University, in introducing Air W. M. Hughes to receive an honorary degree, said all the Dominions and dependenicos of the Empire, united in their lovo and loyalty, had giver. strenuous help to' the Motherland, who had be-en attacked by a brutal and insidious foe, diabolically efficient in unscrupulous methods of warfare.
