(Received June 1, 2.35 p.m.) LONDON, May 31. I In the debate on the Army Estimates, iv.ir Tcnnant said every effort would be made to increase the rifle strength by removing the younger I members of the Army Service- and | Ordinance Corps, but it couldn't be I done wholesale.
