THE "HATE " CAMPAIGN.

GERMAN STATE OF MIND

REVEALED

. LONDON, May 28. The Gorman Socialist newspaper "Vor.warts" denies that there has been any abatement of the "hatred campaign." It quotes the following passago^ from a pamphlet published in Munich:—"Let us have education in hatred, in love of hatred, and in organisation of hatred. Away with immature fear of brutality and fanaticism. Let us adopt politically the motto. 'The more smacks, the fewer kisses.' We must not hesitate to declare blasphemously that to us is given Faith, Hope, and Hatred, but the greatest of these is Hatred."
