The '"Daily Telegraph' -s " Salonika correspondent confirms the statement that General Maekensen recently despatched an envoy to the Serbian Crown Prince, at Prixrend, offering an | armistice in view of peace negotiations, j Germany to. cede Bulgaria to the Sot- : bians and the north-eastern corner and also Serbian Macedonia. The Crown Prince- summarily rejected the proposal.
