CLEARING SALE.
Mossr,-, i'ricdlauder Bros., Ltd., conducted <i .succoßsful clearing sale at Methven yi.-sterday, on account of Messrs Di'i'v.li and Bull. There was a good iit'OJuian'ee, and current rates were mam.i.'Vined. Sales were:— Sheep -8-3 ewes and lambs 13s 3d, 404 ewes and lambs 12s Bd, 399 ewes and lambs 13s. 192 ewes and lambs 12s lOd, 192 do. -i3s, 32 wethers and hoggets 21s, 118 dry ewes 16s. Cattl:\—Ore's £6 5s and £4, heifer £2 15s.
Horses. :■■ -Mure £.30, gelding £7" 10s, mare £20,' Ally- £15. . Implements—Harrows £3 10s, d.f. plough. 0) 15s, grain and manure drill £64 10s, £11 10s, spring cart £11 10s, dray and frame £18 10s.
