GERMAN CRUISER SUNK
RUSSIAN NAVAL SUCCESS
PETROGRAD, Nov. 23. Russian torepo-boats sank a German cruiser of 3000 tons;'which was patrolling'near Windau, on the Baltic coast. One hundred and oighty of the crew were drowned and. 20 wero saved. The Russian gunfire was deadly and made 1 the action short, though- the cruiser carried several four-inch guns'.
