RUSSIAN ARMY FOR BALKANS
AMSTERDAM, November 24
A German semi-official message says that. Russia is- preparing a Balkan army, of which 250,000 wil> be sent from Odessa, 80,000 from Reni, and 75,000 ■ from Ismailia. Early events are expected in the neighbourhood of the Roumanian frontier.
