ROME, November 24. The Austrians have evacuated Mori Rovoreto. "
The "Corriere della Sera", publishes an interview with M. Venezelos, who stated that his conviction was that the Entente would finally win. He was unshaken in the belief that Greece's safety lay in tho hands of those commanding the sea. Ho was now able to disclose a secret memorandum taken in January relating to the Dardanelles. He pointed out that Greece would have gained . enormous compensations in Asia Minor for a limited military assistance. Ho was pledged to send one division and believed that the Entente was satisfied with the,' coroperation of. the .GreeK: fleet. .M. Venezelos added that when ho informed the King that he had mobilised the army to assist.- Serbia' and also secured the Anglo-French assistance the King replied that he did not desire foreign troops to tread Greek soil.
