'LONDON; November 23. Mr Jeffries, "Daily Mail" correspondent at Athens, had an interview with M. Rallis, Greek Minister for Justice, who declared that it was madness to suggest that Greece would think of disarming the Allies when the guns of the Allied Fleet might level her cities. Greece- was ready to demobilise her armies in 24. hour's if the' Allies left Salonika. ■ M. Rnilis angrily declared that ; the British Government, and Press - were
