BRITISH CRUISER AT WORK.
AMERICAN COLLIER SEIZED

NEW YORK, November 22
A British cruiser seized the American collier Genesec off the West indies, on the ground that she was> partly owned by Germans. The consignees, Blako and Company, are demanding,, if the vessel be truly American, that''tho United States ought to send a warship to forcibly take the Goneseo from British custody.
