GREEK PROBLEM; . LONDON, Nov. 22. * Tlie Athens 'correspondent' of " Tho Times" -says/that the result of, Lord Kitchener's visit warrants favourable views of the prospects of a settlement. The arrival,was quite unexpected. .Generals MaMahon and Maxwell. acco'mjpanied him. The visit was too sudden and too brief to admit oi" a public demonstration, but Lord Kitchener's commanding presence was t'ho object of general* remark.
