It is expected that the member for Ashburton (Mr W. Nosworthy) and the County Chairman (Mr C. J. Harper) will take "seats on the plat--1 form, and that Surgeon-Captain G. Lyon will be in attendance to examine the recruits that may decide to take the forward step. The Citizens' Defence Corps Band will play selections outside the Theatre prior to the commencement of the proceedingvs.
