GERMAN TORPEDO BOATS LOST. SUNK BY ACCIDENT. •COPENHAGEN, October IP. It is admitted in Germany that the steamier Preusaen rammed and sank a ■German torpedo-boat believing her to bo an enemy ship. Forty-nine out of ■a crow of 54 perished. A German torpedo boat ,was accidentfilly blown up in Langeland Belt. Fourteen of tho crew were lost.
The- Preus«*n is n twin-screw, steamer employed in fcho ferry service connecting the German railway system with that of Sweden across the Southern Baltic. A message from Copenhagen on Monday afcaced that a German ferry ■steamer from Trelleborg, steaming without lights, collided with a large German torpedo-boat. The latter was out in two .and sank.
