LONDON, October 20. The "Berliner Tageblatt" considers it improbable that the troops landing at Salonika will arrive in time to Seljj Serbia. The "Frankfurter Zeitung" says th» value of landing at Salonika is proI blematical. Tho whole strategic situation anticipated the decisions of the ! Entente.
