The Dominion Meteorologist's forecast to-day was as follows: —The indications are .for westerly winds, moderate to .strong, and backing by west to south. Mild and hazy conditions. Weather clouding over; rain later. Tho barometer has a falling tendency, but rising- after about 24 hours.
