THE BULGARIAN PLAN OF CAMPAIGN.
LONDON, October .^. The "Bucharest correspondent • o^ "The Times" states that there are 11 Bulgarian divisions, forming three armies, under the supreme command of Prince Boris. The first army, under General Bogaceff. is to cut: the railway from Nish to Salonica; the second,.;under General Touceff, is watching. Greece; and the third, under General Teotiocoff, has as its objective Sumiec, and is watching Roumania*. ; The "Paris Journal ". states that Bulgarian cavalry, officered J)y Germans, is concentrating at Kustnedil (in Bulgaria, south-east' of Vrama), and that the rupture of Bulgaria with the Allies is; complete.
