POLAND'S FUTURE.
A.CONFLICT OF INTERESTS. LONDON, August 11. The "Frankfurter Gazette" states that Germany and Austria are not in accord regarding the future of Poland. Germany desires to create some Polish Prince King of Poland, while Austria desires the honour for an Austrian Archduke.
