{Received August 13, 8.30 a.m.) SOFIA, August 12. Dr Radoslavoff, President of the Council, interviewed, said that Btjlgaria was willing and waiting to join the Allies if guaranteed the realisation of her national ideals, especially with regard to Macedonia. "We are openly negotiating with both groups," ho said. ."The Entente requests full military co-operation, while the central Powers only ask for neutrality. Bulgaria does not want Constantinople, as some of the States fear. The Bulgarian army "and nation are' now better equipped •than ever. All we ask is: Give us back Serbian Macedonia and we will fight in the way that will serve you best."
