CREW; ALL SAFE AND WELL TREATED. COMMANDER'S TRIBUTE TO HIS ■ '; 'MEN./ MELBOURNE, August 5. Rear-Admiral Cresswell has received a letter from Lieutenant-Commander Stoker, of the submarine AE2, which was sunk ;iri the Sea of Marmora, stating. that < the crew are imprisoned in the. centre of Asia Minor. They are all well, ana taking the imprisonment I cheerfully. The treatment is as good as can possibly be expected. None of I the crew was lost when the vessel was sunk.
The Commander adds: —"When I am able to send a report of the manner in which all hands performed their duty, it will speak volumes for the future of tho Australian Navy.
