Defendant counterclaimed for the sum of £2 11s 10d.— ■Judgment was for-plaintiff for the full ..'amount (£l4 Os sd), loss the amount of the counter-claim. John Cochrane ■ .(Mr H D. Ac-land)' claimed from James Stewart (Mr G. H.
