WELLINGTON, August 4 Whoa the Trenthara Commission resumed to-day, Mr Justice Hosking said'he'had noticed a.report published , that the erection of the hutments was .proceeding at Treutham. That was a ! matter which had been referred to the j Commission, and proceeding to complete fcho balance of the huts without waiting for tne dfecision of tho Commission appeared to indicate that there was no occasion to proceed with the inquiry. If that was the position, the Commission should havo been informed that; it was intended to take no notico of its findings. Tho Solieitor-Greneral said he had no information that the erection of the huts was proceeding. . So far a-s he know, its findings regarding the huts would probably be given effect to. He would make full inquiries.
