HUGE GERMAN ORGANISATION. . LONDON, August 3. In Germany there is the . biggest jnetal company in the world, the Kriegsmetal Gesellschaft. It has five subsidiary companies, all German. The chief of those is the Metallgesellschaft of Frankfort. This again had two off-shoots, Morton's, of London, and the American metal company. Mertons is registered as an English company. The total capital of the companies is £950,000, nearly half of which is held by German bankers. Doubtless Morton's is cut off from its. German relations, but it is nevertheless rbhe unit in a huge German organisation, controlling the metal market of the world.
