MORE GERMAN CORPS FORMED.
LONDON, August 2
The Berne correspondent of the "Morning Post" states that Germany has formed eight - new army corps of fresh recruits and Landstnrm, three of which are to be used.against Italy. A "levee on masse" is to be ordered in Austria and Germany.
The Germans and Austrians pin great hopes on the failure of compulsory service in England. They Btato that they do not fear a second winter campaign if they are not obliged to face larg© new British armies.
