REPORTED AGREEMENT WITH r TURKEY.

The- Venozelist Presses-of i the opinion that the,convention was inspired by Germany, to assure important ! compensation to Bulgaria 'in' the event iof a -victory for th«> two TCmp 1!"10-" Qroeeo, in order to avoid isolation, n:iib& ' throw in her lot with the Entente, in ' I Order to obtain an extension, of terri--1 tory to counterbalance ' that promised to Bulgaria. 'ATHENS, August 1. Creece o has not received confirmation 1 of the Turko-Bulgarian agreement. The .Bulgarian Minister derides the idea ■that Bulgaria, with :so little to gain from such an agreement, wojild limit her future political action in the war. The curious fact, however, is that upon the day Sofia announced the news. Dr. ■Radoslavoff, President of the Council, said at a reception to Foreign Ministers that Bulgaria would probably have, to forcibly take possession of the Dedeagatch railway.
