CAPTAIN'S CERTIFICATE SUSPENDED.

AUCKLAND, August 1. The steamer which went in search of the Pacific Cable Board's schooner Strathcona returned to-day with 13 members of the schooner's crew. These are all well. After the Marine Board enquiry, held at Suva, the Higher Court sat and found Captain Robertson to blame for tho loss of the schoonor, and suspended l his certificate for six months, pending ! further investigation. The captain was also ordered to pay coats of the enquiry. The sen roh steamer salvaged the lighter portion of the Strathcona's cargo and fittings.
