At the horse show Mr Charles Quen-, tin's ..New Zealand^bred Baron Clutha won in the four-year-old Clydesdale class, and also was awarded the premium of £100 as the best draught stallion, .the judge remarking that, if it had been a question of awarding the chanir pionship he would have chosen the same owner's New Zealand-bred Prince Ronald, which won in the three-year-old Clydesdale class, in which Mr E. Hall's New Zealand-bred General Douglas was second.
