LONDON, July 31. The Central Patriotic Committee places the chief value of the Wednesday anniversary meetings upon messages of good cheer to the Allies. The number of meetings arranged throughout the Empire proclaiming inflexible determination to continue until victory is secured is largely increasing daily. i
