The "Petit Parision" publishes a» interview with M. Radoslavoff,. who denied that Bulgaria was ready to march on the side of Austria and Germany. Tfte Turkish negotiations were merely a simple discussion in respect of the. railway from Bedeagatch to Mustaphapashia. Bulgaria would not always remain neutral. He could' not ■say'; w'itb whom she would side, but her .'weight .would solely be in the direction of national; interest., The quadruple entente could obtain Bulgaria's- assistance if they secured from Serbia the restitution of the part of Macedonia, which was Bulgaria's. .
